What motivates me in this opportunity?

Debt collection has been my professional world for more than 26 years. Throughout my career, I have worked in collection departments across various industries, including insurance, advertising and consumer lending. During those years, I learned not only how to recover outstanding debts efficiently, but also how to build constructive relationships with both creditors and debtors.

Since 2017, I have also been leading Biz-On, a company specialized in supporting the sale and acquisition of debt portfolios. Over the years, Biz-On has successfully facilitated the sale of more than 200 debt portfolios with a combined nominal value exceeding PLN 2 billion. This experience has given me a unique understanding of the debt management lifecycle, from prevention and collection to portfolio sales and investment.

For me, Straetus is a natural extension of this journey. It complements the services I already provide and allows me to offer clients a complete and professional debt management solution.

Thanks to my extensive network and strong reputation within the Polish debt market, I am confident that Straetus Poland will establish itself as a trusted partner for small and medium-sized businesses in the coming years. That is my primary goal. Large corporations are already well served by major debt collection companies, and competing in that space is not my ambition. Instead, I see tremendous opportunities in supporting entrepreneurs who often struggle to find a personal and professional collection partner.

An important milestone has already been achieved with the signing of our first long-term cooperation agreement with Intra, marking the beginning of larger partnerships and future growth. What qualities and support can franchisees expect from you?

The most valuable asset I can offer is knowledge.

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in debt collection, portfolio management, negotiations and business development. I understand the challenges of the Polish market and know how important it is to combine professionalism with local expertise.

My goal is not only to grow Straetus Poland but also to help fellow franchisees develop successful businesses within the network. The future of debt collection in Poland

The Polish debt collection market is highly competitive. Several large collection companies dominate the market and focus primarily on large and medium-sized corporate clients.

However, I believe there is significant room for a different approach.

International debt collection continues to grow, and businesses increasingly need reliable local partners who understand the legal, cultural and commercial realities of the Polish market. By positioning Straetus Poland as a professional servicing partner for international Straetus offices and their clients, we can create a unique and sustainable market position.

This niche offers excellent opportunities for growth and allows us to deliver real value where larger competitors often cannot. A message to future franchisees

We are still at the beginning of our journey in Poland, but the foundation is strong.

My advice to future franchisees is simple: focus on expertise, relationships and consistency. Success in debt collection is not built overnight. It is built through trust, professionalism and a genuine commitment to helping clients improve their cash flow and financial stability.
